ZIP STRIP PLUS is a no rinse floor finish remover and is formulated to be used without scrubbing machines. Contains no ammonia which makes it much more pleasant to work with. Labor saver due to fast penetration and rapid emulsification of old finishes.

Directions for Use
1. Dilute 1 to 4 for no rinse stripping. Use the hottest water available.
2. Apply the diluted solution directly to the floor and allow to remain 5-10 minutes.
3. Remove solution with mop, wet vacuum or automatic scrubber.
4. No rinsing required.
5. Let the floor dry and check for any powdery residue.
6. Rinse if any powdery residue remains on the floor.
For light or medium build-up of wax: Dilute 1 part product to 17 parts water.
For heavy build-up of wax: Dilute 1 part product to 4 parts water. Apply the diluted solution directly to the floor and allow to remain 5-10 minutes. Remove solution with mop, wet vacuum or automatic scrubber. Let the floor dry, and check for any powdery residue. Rinse if any powdery residue remains on floor.
