Product Description
A high solids zinc rich coating that forms an electrolytic bond on metal surfaces and prevents the formation of rust and corrosion. Protects ferrous metal from oxidation by bonding with it electrochemically. Prevents further damage and stops creepage in areas where rusting has already occurred. Provides a cold applied coating which equals the performance of hot dip galvanized treatments. Resists abrasion and large temperature fluctuations. Creates a flexible coating that bends without chipping and can be used as a protective final coating of primer wherever iron or steel will be exposed to atmospheric or corrosive conditions.

Directions for Use
SHAKE CAN VIGOROUSLY BEFORE AND DURING USE. Shake can vigorously until agitator ball begins to rattle. Continue shaking for at least one minute after to ensure that all the zinc is in suspension. Surface must be free from all loose rust, oil, grease and old paint. Spray with a sweeping motion, holding can no closer than 10 inches from surface. Coating should be touch dry in 15 minutes. May be painted over after allowing approximately six hours to dry. Cures in 24 to 48 hours. Several thin coats are better than one heavy coat.
IMPORTANT: To prevent clogging: After each use, invert can and spray a few short bursts to clear valve.
