RAPID SET – NEW & IMPROVED is a three-part component 100% solids epoxy mortar designed for applications where temperatures are below freezing or a rapid patch is necessary. Recommended for cold storage areas, freezers, walkways and support bases for tanks and seamless floors.

Directions for Use
Request and read the technical data sheet before use. Properly prepare the substrate. Remove all contaminants including curing compounds. Make sure the floor is dry. Store materials at normal room temperature prior to using. Apply material between 30-80°F. Product can be applied without a primer.
Mix the part A and part B together thoroughly (be certain the mix ratio is correct). After the Part A and Part B are mixed, add in the aggregate. Thoroughly mix to make sure all of the aggregate is wetted out properly. Apply the mixed mortar at the recommended thickness using a hand trowel or other suitable equipment.
Note: This product has a very short pot life, working time may be as little as 10-15 minutes once mixed.
Shelf Life: 2 years in unopened containers
Mix Ratio: *Unit= .67-.68 gallons Part A to .25 gallons Part B plus 50# aggregate. (Weight and volumes approximate)
Recommended Thickness: 1/8” to 1/4”
Coverage Per Unit: 20.58 sq. Ft. @ 1/4” and 41.17 sq. Ft. @ 1/8”
