Product Description
KOTE is a foaming rust-protective lubricant fortified with molybdenum disulfide that withstands extreme temperatures and high pressure. When applied to wire ropes and cables, the moly and other additives plate the strands to provide antiwear and rust protection, extending the life of the equipment. Its thick formula base with tackifier helps prevent throw off and weather washout. It has been tested to withstand salt spray for 72, hours making it a great option for coastal facilities.

Directions for Use
Shake well before using. Make the can rattle 30 seconds before using. For proper spraying, can should be near room temperature (about 72°F/22°C). Parts to be sprayed should be reasonably clean and dry. Spray, holding can 12 to 14 inches from point to be lubricated. Make sure arrow on spray tip points away. For point lubrication, use plastic tube extension, insert into nozzle – for reaching places where a spray pattern is not desired. Spray may be applied holding can upside down, sideways, right side up…in almost any position. If spray tip should close, remove and clean in solvent.
